All squares sold!! Thanks to all who participated!
How the Super Bowl Square Pool works:
A pool (without water) for swimmers and divers.
- The system uses a 10x10 matrix (not like Neo's Matrix).
- People buy squares for $20 each.
- The system keeps a single table of the people who bought squares.
- Once people buy 100 squares, the system randomly assigns a person to each square.
- At the end of every quarter, the last digit of each team's score designates the grid's row and column. For example, if the score at the end of 1st quarter is Eagles 14 and Chiefs 7, the square that matches 4 for Eagles and 7 for Chiefs wins.
- It's essentially an elaborate 50/50 drawing. Out of $2,000, payouts are $200-Q1, $200-Q2, $200-Q3, $400-Q4; $1,000 in total rewards; $1,000 in total donations.
